You don't know what kind of processor is in your computer? No problem! There are several ways to read the processor of your Windows PC. In the following instructions we will show you what options you have.

Note: The fastest way to access the processor is via a Keyboard shortcut find out. To do this, simply press at the same time [Windows] + [pause]. Under "system"you will then find the processor type. If you do not have a pause key on your keyboard, you can also read out the processor as follows:

  1. Press the key combination [Windows] + [R]. This will open up Run window.
  2. Enter there "dxdiag"and confirm with [Enter] or by clicking on "OK".
  3. Under the tab "system"Can you do that Processor type read off.
