What is 2 5 bhk flat system

The compact CHP measures 1,160 x 620 x 1,100 mm (L x W x H) and provides continuously adjustable electrical output from 1.1 to 2.0 kW, the thermal output is between 3.6 and 5.3 kW. The heart of the device are the three-cylinder gas engine from the Japanese manufacturer Yanmar and the high-performance asynchronous generator from the Emod electric motor factory in Bad Salzschlirf. Electricity is produced while the combustion engine, which is fed with natural or liquefied gas, drives the generator. The resulting waste heat from the engine is passed on to the building's heating circuit and released into the interior via conventional radiators or underfloor heating. If more heat is produced than consumed, only electricity can be generated.

Regulation and control devices as well as a buffer store ensure smooth bivalent operation. Thanks to the vibration decoupling and the housing insulation, the device works quietly at 46 dB (A), so that it can be set up next to the living area. The internal control and monitoring programs are operated via the central control unit, which is available in the form of a touchscreen. With an oil capacity of 17 liters, a maintenance interval of up to 15,000 operating hours is achieved. If a homeowner decides to set up a CHP, he can possibly be rewarded with high government subsidies.

For somewhat larger properties, such as apartment buildings, smaller commercial enterprises and hotels, the manufacturer offers the Neotower Living 4.0, it has the same device dimensions as its predecessor and is available with an electrical output of 2.0 to 4.0 kW and a thermal output of 5.9 to 8.8 kW.
